GENERAL

Failure to comply with any of the rules listed will result in the cancellation of your commission. Do take note that a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total of your upfront payment during refund.

 

The commissioner should provide all relevant materials and requirements when submitting your request form.

The artist and the commissioner should first settle on an accurate explanation and interpretation of the expected finished product before starting the commission.

 

The artist has the right to cancel or deny any commission.

~ Furries

~ Masculine body types

~ Some mecha

 

PAYMENTS

Do not send payments unless the artist agrees to accept your commission and asks for the payment.

Commissioned artworks should be paid 20% upfront before the artist takes on the request.

 

For payment plans, the commissioner will not receive the final files and such until the full amount is paid off.

 

REVISIONS

The commissioner is entitled to a maximum of 5 revisions during the whole commission process.

Major remissions MUST be stated and discussed during the sketch process for ease of work flow.

After the sketch is complete and confirmed, the commissioner will be limited to 3 remissions.

 

Changing the subject of the commission will not be permitted after completing the payment.

There will be no revisions allowed once the commission is considered complete.

Extra revision(s) will incur fees proportional to the additional workload.

 

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Process and Delivery:

Pre-commission

The artist will notify the commissioner the start of the commissioned artwork, and the Expected Turnaround Time (ETAT) will be activated.

 

During Commission:

The artist will send continuous screenshot and/or video updates during the process.

The commissioner will be granted 2 remissions after the sketch is confirmed. Additional changes will cost £20 each. (After the line art phase there may be NO more changes.)

Once the sketch is confirmed, you must have paid the 20% down payment.

 

Post-commission/ Delivery:

Once done, the completed artwork will be sent via email or discord DM as a high-resolution png file attachment.

If requested, all updated screen shots will also be sent within the file as a .ZIP

 

NOTE:

A jpeg/PSD/CLIP file type will also be sent upon request.

 

USE

Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.

Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist (unless consent is given).

 

For every commissioned artwork, the artist:

~ Retains the right to own the copyright of the completed artwork unless the commissioner requests a commercial use of artwork (additional fee will be applied).

~ Can promote services and products with the finished artwork anywhere.

 

For every commissioned artwork, the commissioner is allowed to:

~ Use the commissioned artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise. (Example: Upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)

~ Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

~ Use the artwork to promote themselves.

~ Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

 

For commercial use art commissions, the following policies will be applied:

Give credit to the artist for the finished artwork when selling the merchandise or product.

If commercial use is wanted, the charge will be + £60

 

REFUNDS

No refund will be issued at any given circumstances unless:

I, the artist, failed to deliver the product according to the pre-agreed Turn Around Time (TAT) during the contract signing. (Refer to the commission contract to check the agreed upon TAT.)

 

CANCELLATION

The artist has the right to cancel/refuse any art commission and refund the appropriate amount.

The artist is entitled to cancel or deny the art commission if the artwork contains any depictions of racism/sexism/hate or is meant to mock/ridicule an individual for no apparent reason.

 

COMMUNICATION

The commissioner will be required to give either their twitter or discord in the request form to be contacted and communicate through the process of the commission.
